POLICY

  • Right to Refuse Service

    We believe in cultivating a positive and respectful environment for both our clients and our artists alike. We are committed to upholding a zero-tolerance policy against any form of insults or disrespect of any kind. Tejas Brows has the right to refuse service in cases of disrespectful behavior directed towards our valued artists. Just as we treat our clients with respect and professionalism, we expect the same in return towards our artists and team members.

    In the unfortunate event of such behavior or standard not met, all current appointments will be canceled, and the client will be dismissed from our service with no refunds. Additionally, you will NOT be able to book any future appointments.

  • State ID Required

    Per Texas Law,

    You must be 18 years or older to receive a cosmetic tattoo. State ID or DL is required at appointment.

  • Under Age & Pregnancy

    We do NOT perform any services if you are pregnant due to the risk of infection and the State Health Department Laws.

    We do NOT perform any services if you are under the age of 18y/o due to State Health Department Laws.

  • Deposits/Card on File

    Deposit & Card on file is required to reserve an appointment. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Payment/Card on FIle

    Once a deposit is made your card is saved on file for the final payment made a visit. If you would like to pay in another form (New Card / Cash) you can make a change at visit.

  • Refunds

    We do not offer refunds on any of our services or deposits. We strongly encourage you look over the FAQ page before booking an appointment so you know with confidence you are ready.

  • No-Show

    If NO SHOW to your appointment and do not notify any of our staff 72 hrs prior, you will forfeit your deposit and be charged the full 100% amount of the service you missed. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure.

  • Reschedules

    If something comes up and you won’t make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We do require at least 24 hours minimum to be notified, or you will be charged for the service with the card on file. If you would then like to reschedule your appointment for a later date, you will be able to transfer your initial deposit to apply to your appointment. You have up to 6months from initial deposit date to reschedule your initial visit. If you do not reschedule during those 6mo, you simply forfeit your deposit and you will have to book a new service and pay a new deposit. If you are deciding to cancel your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit.

  • Cancel

    If you cancel your Initial appointment, you have up to six months to reschedule your appointment. If your initial appointment is not rescheduled during the six month period, you will forfeit your deposit or any amount paid towards your service. If you choose to completely cancel your appointment, you will simply forfeit your deposit. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure.

  • Perfecting Session 12mo Expiration Date

    After your Initial appointment is completed you have up to 12 months from the initial appointment to schedule your perfecting session. If your perfecting session is not booked during the twelve month period, you will forfeit your complimentary session and pay towards a Yearly Color Boost Service. You may also be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if you wish to continue with your procedure.

  • Previous Tattoo

    If you show up to the appointment with any previous eyebrow tattoo and did NOT have the consultation with the artist, you will be asked to leave the studio and forfeit your deposit and be charged 100% of the full amount. Please submit clear bare photos of brows to email: tejasbrows@gmail.com to have them reviewed. Once reviewed you will then receive an email with acceptance or denied visit. Also you will receive your own link to book your visit. The fee for any brow correction is 800$. That includes initial and perfecting session for a brow cover up. Please read the FAQ prior to booking. We value your time so please respect ours.

  • Concerns

    Our goal is to produce the best work posible that leaves our clients delighted with their new eyebrows. In the rare event that you have any concerns about the results, we encourage open and respectful communication so that we can address them effectively. Tejas Brows is committed to maintaining a positive and respectful environment, and we do not tolerate any form of insults or disrespect towards the artist. Failure to comply with this standard may lead to the immediate cancellation of current or future appointments, with no refunds.

  • Guest

    Company is not allowed in room where service is being provided and no children are allowed in the studio, either. Children are not permitted in the studio due to Health Department Laws. There are sharp tools while the procedure and delicate work. We want our clients to be able to relax and enjoy their beauty service without having to be on parent mode, we know first hand how it is.
